It’s the holiday season and the first big one down! Thanksgiving just passed with December on its way. And if you’re like most people you gathered with friends and family for a big feast which included roasting a big juicy turkey and making all kinds of yummy side dishes. But now you’ve got leftovers and loads of turkey to eat.

But you don’t have to be overwhelmed or eat dry turkey sandwiches for a week because I’ve got solutions! Ranging from a turkey noodle soup that will warm your belly to a comforting turkey rice casserole full of savory mushrooms. I’ve even got some turkey bites that you can make now, freeze, and then pop in the oven to serve as an appetizer for Christmas.

So the leftover turkey staring back at you every time you open your fridge is a little culinary blessing. You already did the hard work. The bird has been cooked. Now you just have to decide which of my amazing leftover turkey recipes you want to try first!
