Raving Reviews

Louanne

This is the second time I have ordered this cookbook. I love all the practical recipes with pictures and Jo’s helpful comments. I published my own family cookbook a few years ago but have enjoyed seeing new ones in this cookbook. The chicken section is particularly fabulous. Highly recommend.

Patty

I have Jo’s 30 Minute One Pot Meals cookbook and love it, so when I saw she was coming out with a second cookbook I didn’t hesitate to preorder. I just received the new cookbook and I can’t wait to start cooking more of her recipes. Every single recipe is accompanied by a picture, along with notes from Jo, and nutritional information. This cookbook is packed with a variety of recipes that I can’t wait to cook my way through!

Jo’s recipes are well written, easy to follow, and, most importantly, delicious. The chicken and mushrooms in creamy dill sauce (page 44) is INCREDIBLE. I put it on couscous and it’s marvelous. You will not regret buying this cookbook!
